This is an animal facts class all about hyper, hectic lemurs! Students will learn about the different types of lemurs, and how they spend their time each day! We will share our thoughts, opinions, and knowledge of lemurs with one another. We will do some problem-solving and pretend-play, where we discuss what types of things we would do as a lemur! Students will learn about lemurs while improving their communication and English skills. They will interact with others.
I have been a librarian for over a decade. In this time, I have worked with students of all ages (college to elementary) on their reading, organization, and grammar skills. I have also been teaching English online for the last three years. I have been with VIPKid, an online ESL teaching program, for 3 years, and I have been with Magic Ears (another ESL teaching program) for the last year. In this time, I have learned to elicit total physical response while engaging young learners, teaching curriculum based on learning English as a second language. I have worked in both one-on-one and four-on-one virtual settings. I am comfortable with all ages and larger groups of children.
