In this course, students will be introduced to common greetings and other expressions in the Spanish language. The teacher will emphasize the accurate pronunciation of each expression, giving each student the opportunity to practice themselves. We will then have mini dialogues between teacher and student as well as student-to-student. Students will then be introduced to articles, nouns, adjectives, subject pronouns, and verbs. We will use these various components to create simple sentences, including the expressions of likes and dislikes. Students will have the opportunity to form their own sentences using the objectives they have learned. This is the perfect course for students who will be taking Spanish for the first time in the next school year or a refresher for students new to Spanish.
