As a lifelong dog owner and parent of a child that has completed various dog training courses (like canine good citizen training) I have learned a lot over the years. In addition, as a homeschooling parent, I have adapted curriculum that teaches about dogs, their characteristics, communication, training, anatomy and so much more. I have led similar classes for homeschool groups, girl scout groups and my own children that closely relate to the instruction that will take place in this class. I've also participated as a caregiver to newborn puppies through 8 weeks using the early neurological stimulation approach to better help assimilate and socialize puppies before adoption. Through the use of personal resources and self-developed curriculum, I am excited to share this knowledge with others.
