방과후 쿠키(플렉스 수업)

After a long day of school weather it is in the classroom or at home who doesn't love to enjoy a nice baked cookie.  In this 4 week flex class we will be reading recipes and making delicious cookies.  Students do not need prior knowledge for this class they just need to want to make cookies!

Class videos will be posted each Monday you will have the week to complete your cookies.  I will send the recipe a week before each class so you have time to get all of the ingredient. 

Here is what we are going to make!
Week 1: Oatmeal Chocolate Chip
Week 2: Peanut Butter Cookies
Week 3: Snickerdoodles
Week 4: Peanut Butter Bars

This class is a flex class so we will not be meeting in person.  Every week you will need to post a picture or video of what you have done that week and leave at least one positive message to another student in the class.  I will be asking you 3 questions in the classroom each week that you will need to answer.  There is a link for a Kahoot game you will need to play each with your classmates.  From these interactions you will be learning, gaining ideas, and featuring your work. 

Every week I will have office hours for the class so that you can ask questions and I will be able to answer them.  I would be happy to set up a time with you to video chat if you need any help. 

Most weeks you will need to dedicate about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours (depending on bake time) for each lesson.  When you have share you pictures or a video of your fourth cookie I will send you a certificate of completion.
