In this class, learners will bring their toys (action figures, dolls, and/or stuffies). The toys will act out the action verbs in a really fun way. After learning or reviewing what verbs are, we will jump into our activity. I will have a set of cards with various verbs written on them. I will randomly choose a card from one of the sets of cards, such as "jump." Each learner will choose one of their toys to act out the verb for the rest of the class.
