This 5-day leadership bootcamp is designed to equip learners with essential leadership skills for success in school and the community. Each day features interactive sessions, including video clips, mini-lectures, knowledge checks, and the development of leadership skills action plan, ensuring an engaging and hands-on learning experience. During this course, learners will be able to: -Explain different leadership approaches and identify their personal style. -Develop skills for clear expression, active listening, and respectful dialogue. -Apply strategies for fostering collaboration and building strong, cohesive teams. -Develop a leaderships skills development action plan.

For each session, learners should have a journal/one-subject notebook, pencil or pen, highlighters, color-pencils or markers. All other materials will be provided by the instructor. Some sessions may require handouts that should be printed but not required to print prior to the session.
