Every class will have a pre-arranged topic (see below) and students will be encouraged to explore the next week's discussion ahead of the class and come prepared with questions. Sensitive topics such as religion, radical politics, and mental illness will be acknowledged and flagged with parents immediately after the class. Equally if anything arises during our discussions which I feel may, in any way, indicate vulnerabilities in any child I will alert the parents immediately. Every class is recorded and only parents will have access to these recordings, allowing them to review topics discussed during the class. This allows for full disclosure and a better understanding of the individual child's needs.
