Class participants will have the opportunity to learn about the 4 types of sentences by participating in various interactive activities during class. The session will consist of a brief review before introducing the four types of sentences.
We will use our classroom time to learn about the following sentence types:
* Declarative- A sentence that makes a statement, begins with a capital letter, and ends with a period.
* Interrogative- A sentence that...Learning Objectives: Students will review recognizing and creating complete sentences, the four types of sentences, and capitalizing the first word of sentences.
I have 15 years of classroom experience teaching grammar to elementary students. I enjoy guiding students toward learning to express themselves in their writing. I have published one book, and I am working on another one during my spare time.
