In this class students will review math concepts taught in 3rd Grade in preparation for 4th Grade through games, manipulatives, and other activities. Students will review core math concepts: -Students will practice advanced place value, including carrying in addition and subtraction and recognizing place values up to hundred millions. -Students will review multiplication of numbers 1 to 12 as well as practice skills to aid in mental math. -Students will review division of multiples of numbers 1 to 12 as well as practice skills to aid in mental math. -Students will review long division. -Students will review fractions and mixed numbers. -Students will practice simplifying and converting fractions and mixed numbers. -Students will review the order of operations. -Students will practice identifying measurement values in inches, feet, yards, centimeters, meters, and kilometers and converting measurements. -Students will practice recognizing liquid measurement values in cups, pints, quarts, gallons, milliliters, liters, and kiloliters and converting measurements.
