2024년 공연 독주회 - 제니 사슬로브의 학생들!

Hello! My name is Jenni and I'm a singing and acting coach here on Outschool! 

I have my Masters degree in Teaching from the University of Toronto, which means I am certified to teach Grades 4-12, with specializations in intermediate/senior vocal music and the dramatic arts. Additionally, I have a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology and Theatre from Queen's University. I have over a decade of experience working with children ages 4-18 years old in positions including: Director of Education, Drama/Dance/Voice Teacher, Supply Teacher, Supervisor of Performing Arts, Inclusion Specialist, Camp Counsellor, ESL Teacher, and Princess Performer. 

With Outschool, I have had the privilege of teaching over 500 students!

I also have nearly 20 years of experience performing and training in voice, dance (tap, jazz, hip hop, latin, etc), acting, as well as putting all three together in musical theatre! 

In addition to teaching on Outschool and in my private vocal studio, I am also the Education and Participation Programs Coordinator at the largest theatre for young audiences in Canada!

Learning can be so much fun and I ensure my classroom is exciting, engaging, and educational! I believe every student deserves to feel valued, special, safe, and confident. I prioritize differentiated instruction, catering to each individual learner. I promote equity and inclusion in all elements of my teaching.

My Teaching Policies:
- If you do not arrive in the classroom by the ten minute mark, and I have not heard from you regarding your learner being late, then I will have to leave the classroom.
- If you miss a class, I will unfortunately not be offering a free make-up class. However, you can reach out to Outschool support, and they may be able to offer you a refund on their end, depending on the situation (e.g., technology issues, etc.). You are also more than welcome to schedule another class with me, you will just have to pay for that one as well.
- If you cancel class within 24 hours, I unfortunately cannot offer you a refund (unless there are extenuating circumstances)
- For students outside my age range by a year or so, I am still willing to teach them, but I will let you know if the class ends up being too challenging (or too easy) for them.
