Breathwork, Yoga Movement and Visualization will be taught. Students develop a mind-body connection though breathing, moving, and relaxation techniques. 20 minute class provides intro, breathing, movement portion, and ends with a relaxing visualization/meditation I will speak yoga cues to my students and demonstrate the movements. My teaching style is warm and welcoming, calm and simplistic. Since this practice is about the individual learner, students will focus on themselves and following the yoga cues and visualizations to create a mind-body connection and develop self-care practices.

Students will learn how to incorporate Breathwork, Yoga Movement and Visualization into their lives as an everyday practice. Overtime, this creates confidence, self-regulation, and inner strength.
