수업 소개
Students will learn how to "unpack" the complex language of assignment and standardized test questions. This strategy can be used in all subject areas. The class will start by being introduced to my original, time-tested and verified graphic organizer and strategy. First I will do a couple of demonstrations, then we will practice with various examples of standardized ELA, Social Studies, and Science test questions. To check for mastery, students will be given a few questions to unpack on their own before we review the correct interpretations. Students will then share a question from an assignment they might be struggling with and we will work through it as a group.
