You can request a topic for the tutoring session. For example, you may request 2- digit addition, math word problems, or reading comprehension. You may also request topics such as paragraph writing, basic grammar, or long division. Please let me know your child's current grade level. I will create slides to cover your specific topic. When applicable we may also use video clips to support information presented in the slides. Private tutoring sessions will be structured with the "I do, we do, you do" model. This means we will build toward your child completing the task independently. If you have a specific worksheet you would like assistance with, I ask that you send that to me 24 hours in advance so I can prepare for the class.
