My teaching style is fun and interactive. I use interactive activities to engage the learners. This class may include some of the following: -direct instruction of word patterns(phonics): short and long vowel sounds, r-controlled vowels, vowel teams, silent letters, etc. -phonemic awareness-building knowledge of sounds, for example how many sounds a word has, how many syllables it has, how to blend or separate the sounds of a word, and rhyme -syllable division -drills and word lists in the form of games -reading practice at the student's level -spelling/writing practice -morphology-learning about word pieces with meaning

Students will learn about the spelling patterns in the English language.Students will complete reading practice to build fluency.

학습 요구
I have experience working with kids with ADHD and dyslexia. We will use short interactive activities. Our activities are based on Orton-Gillingham methods which is a great method of intervention for children with dyslexia.
