This 1:1 meeting will focus on specific areas students need extra help.

I will communicate with parents prior to see what the areas of focus are, and then create a plan based on their individual needs.
Meetings times are flexible and will work with the schedule of the family.

Primary topics can include - addition, subtraction, fractions, base ten blocks, regrouping, early intro to multiplication - etc.

Weekly check-ins will occur to make sure learner, parent and myself are all on the same page.

Hands-on math manipulatives will be required (blocks, pompoms, beads, beans etc.,)
There will be activity sheets posted in the classroom before class.

This is a social class with the goal of strengthening the individuals math skills while also building a strong teacher-student connection.
