We can start at 0 or 100 based on where you are at! Everything will be explained and questions are welcome through the entire training. Every participant will receive a personalized fitness plan, adapting exercises and cardio to their specific needs and aspirations. This class is all about customization, intensity, and enjoyment. Students will need an open workout space, proper footwear, a water bottle, and I will lead adequate stretching beforehand. With physical workouts injuries can occur if students are not properly supervised. I will do my part in teaching stretching and proper form.
