1:1 필기 튜터링 OT 5-14세

The goal of this class is to offer tailored, one-on-one instruction in handwriting using enjoyable and stimulating games and worksheets to inspire your child's motivation. The focus of the course is to enhance handwriting legibility through personalized instruction. The first session will consist of a handwriting assessment that examines letter formation, line placement, spacing, and pencil grasp. After a brief interactive lesson on handwriting legibility, we will engage in fun activities that practice writing skills. If you have any specific concerns, please feel free to contact me beforehand.

A typical class schedule will include:

Introduction and Greeting
Getting to Know Your Child's Handwriting Skills Assessment (5 minutes)
Interactive Lesson on Handwriting Legibility (10 minutes)
Handwriting or Prewriting Practice Together (15 minutes)
Conclusion and Goodbye

After the session, I will provide feedback to the parent within 24 hours.
 
DISCLOSURE: I am an Occupational Therapist. However, these classes are not to be considered occupational therapy treatment sessions and should not take the place of therapeutic interventions. I base my instruction on the Handwriting Without Tears® curriculum and the Size Matters curriculum but also use my own techniques that I have acquired over my 20 years of working directly with students.
