Hello writers! Do you have an important academic or creative writing assignment that you can't get started? Then join me in this one-session class and learn how to break through the fear of actually starting to write. We will begin by reviewing the effectiveness (and FUN) of freewriting, view some examples, and then follow specific directions in an instructor-led freewrite. Lastly, the learner will share a section of the freewrite. If anyone would like extra feedback, they can message me for my comments.

This class will be a combination of sharing instructor knowledge and tips through slides, exploring freewriting, and interacting with each other. Students of ALL levels and ALL subject matters are welcome as I will be leading the freewriting exercise that can be tailored for each individual learner and their specific subject.

I am a positive and passionate instructor who believes that a writer is one who writes! All that is required is a willingness to try a new way to begin a writing assignment that is giving you some trouble. Come with an open and thoughtful mind to enjoy this awesome way to break out of fear and dive into writing.
