We will explore a few game templates, enhancements and learn some of the terminology that goes along with game design. Our goal is to create a simple board game that we can play with tokens and dice. Every week I will post a list of what is needed before each class. What follows is our planned outline for learners...

🎲Instructor: Ms. Yvonne, BMus. McGill University. Hi! I'm a Metis artist, musician and micro-farmer. My experiences range from 10 years with IBM as a field tech to professional musician. I am a songwriter and a homeschooling mum of two kids and my current obsession is board game design. I believe that child-led project based learning is the key to engagement. As an ND learner myself and a parent of an ND child, I believe connection and relationship are the first step in education. PBL or Project Based Learning allows us to incorporate all sorts of learning in one fun bundle of exploration.
