After all introductions are done, your learner will participate in a conversation surrounding any experience they have already had editing photos and why it is still important as a life skill. First, I will check with all of the students and confirm that they all have successfully downloaded and installed GIMP. After everyone is setup and running with GIMP, I will share my screen with the program running and go over importing an image and the basic features. Students will learn how to...
- The goal for this class is for students to learn how to import images, to cut, crop, add layers, and a handful of other GIMP tools.
I have been using GIMP for years to edit photos to create banners, logos, and other projects. I am excited to share my knowledge with the students!
