We will sing a Bonjour Song and introduce our names and say where we live in English and French. Each lesson, we will listen to a new story and learn three new vocabulary words. Children will be able to describe the weather; name articles of clothing; and name their family members. As students progress through the lessons, they will learn to pronounce new vocabulary words and then move on to speaking in phrases and sentences. Then students will speak one role in a dialog.
I am French Canadian and love sharing this beautiful language with children. I have taught French to children from age 3 to 18 years old. I studied French at Middlebury College.
