This course is designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of the animal kingdom. This comprehensive course introduces students to the diversity of life, emphasizing the structure, function, behavior, and classification of animals. From the significance of zoology and its foundational principles to animal anatomy, physiology, and behavior. Students will learn the principles of classification and taxonomy, and understand the relationships between diverse animal groups. Ecology and animal interactions within ecosystems are explored, along with the ethical considerations and conservation efforts necessary for preserving biodiversity.
