Welcome to the Writing Remediation Course, a comprehensive course designed to enhance writing skills by focusing on the fundamental elements of effective writing. This Writing Remediation Class equips all learners with the skills necessary to become a confident and effective writer. By mastering the basics of writing, learners will be better prepared to tackle any writing task, whether academic or professional. I look forward to guiding all learners on an enriching journey of improvement and success in writing.

As a successful online writing instructor, I value giving learners models, in-class writing time, and a chance to receive detailed feedback on writing assignments to not only praise successful efforts, but to propel all students forward no matter where they are in their writing journey. My course consists of various writing assignments, quizzes, and one final project which will be a final essay demonstrating mastery of writing skills learned in our time together.

Additionally, I will focus on setting achievable goals. Each week, we will work on specific writing techniques. By breaking down the writing process into manageable steps, your child will feel more empowered and capable.

I also encourage parental involvement. Your support in discussing writing topics or reviewing drafts can greatly boost your child's motivation and enthusiasm (we will still focus on these things in class for parents that are teaching learners to be more independent). Together, we can create a positive environment that fosters growth and learning.

By the end of our four weeks together, I am confident that your child will not only have improved their writing skills but also developed a greater appreciation for the art of writing. I look forward to working with your learner (s) and witnessing their progress!
