Students will learn how to construct various essays such as Descriptive, Expository and Persuasive formats with 3-5 paragraphs.

I have had more than 20 years of classroom and tutorial experience teaching Writing Skills to various age groups.  I have extensive coursework and professional development training in the academic area of Writing.  I have taught writing skills and strategies with English Language Arts Courses and with the  READ 180 program which contains a writing component.

詳細: Homework will only be given if we are behind or if the student has not completed the writing task on a given day during the instructional timeframe. 
Assessment

詳細: I will provide a verbal or written assessment based on when the student completes each task.  This assessment will consist of providing an overview of structure and strategies used in the student draft.  There will be no wholistic or letter grade given.
