Word、Excel、PowerPointの基本スキル

You will learn the basic functions and commands of Microsoft 365 Word, Excel and Power Point.

Topics covered in this basic skills class are:
-	What is the best use for each of these apps and how to decide which one to use for writing, keeping data and performing calculations, and doing presentations.
-	Page set up and formatting
-	Printing and document management

The class is three sessions long, one for each of these apps:
-	Session 1 – Word
-	Session 2 – Excel
-	Session 3 – Power Point

The class will be a hands-on class, so make sure you have these apps already installed in your computer, with help from your parents, if needed. It is your responsibility to make sure your license is active by the time we start the class.

I will share my screen to explain functions and commands, which you will try to replicate in your own computer.

Being a hands-on class, you are encouraged and welcome to bring examples of what you would like to accomplish with each app to try to get you there by the end of the class. Because of the time limitation for the class, we may choose an example from one of you and address your specific case as time allows or with one-on-one sessions.

In the first few minutes of each class, we will talk in general about each app, and once we decide on a example, I will explain each command and function, which you will practice by applying them on your own computers.

Because this is a class about Word, Excel and Power Point Microsoft 365 apps, you must have these programs downloaded and installed onto your computers before the class starts.

No previous knowledge of the apps is needed. You just need them to be installed and we will take it from there.
