***this is a FLEX class*** In this class, we will learn about the weather! They will learn about various concepts such as: rain, clouds, ice, tornado, rainbows, wind, weather reporting, meteorologist, weather tools, clouds, snow, the water cycle, thunderstorms, and the seasons. Students will be asked to observe and chart their weather each day and share it with the class, at least, once a week (but students may feel free to post updates as frequently as they want). Through this interaction, students will get to learn about the weather in different parts of the country, maybe even the world! I will include some printables (in the classroom upon sign up) and ideas for students to create their own "weather station". Throughout each week, the students will participate in various crafts, activities, experiments, and themed-snacks.
