毎週の広東語の楽しみ！（初心者コース）（3～8歳）Yoyo先生と一緒に

Do you want your little ones to speak more Cantonese? Or learn a new language? 
Learning more than one language can improve memory, improve performance in other academic areas, and even enhance the ability to multi-task! 

Group classes are a great benefit for children to learn from one another, act as each other's role model and develop social skills. 

In this weekly course, students will learn basic vocabulary based on weekly themes. Classes will include visuals, games, drawings, and even show and tell. Every student will have a chance to practice and work on their pronunciation. Students will have time to interact socially. 
After this class, students will gain an interest in Cantonese!

If there are other times you prefer, please message us. 
Students can join starting from any week. 
New group sessions will need a minimum of two learners to start the class.

1 on 1, sibling classes and flex class (pre-recorded lessons) are also available. 

Worksheets will be provided every class for students to use in class and after class. (If printing is not possible please bring a blank sheet of paper)

No prior knowledge of Cantonese is needed. 
Class will be in both English and Cantonese.

MEET OUR TEACHER:

TEACHER YOYO 👩
ABOUT: 
Teacher Yoyo has experience teaching children from pre-school to middle school, including those from both Chinese-speaking and non-Chinese-speaking families. She engages students through interesting and friendly conversations.

CREDENTIALS: 
⭐ Master of Information, University of Toronto
⭐ Bachelor of Arts in History, Chinese University of Hong Kong
⭐ 5+ years of teaching experience in both Cantonese and Mandarin

TEACHING STYLE: 
👩‍🏫 She sparks students’ curiosity about new vocabulary through engaging conversations, visual aids, and interactive activities 
👩‍🏫 She explains new words in a way that makes learning and memorizing them interesting and enjoyable

FUN FACT: 
🍽️ She loves eating Korean and Hong Kong foods

ENROLLMENT DETAILS: 

When learners can't attend class, there are a few options:
🔔 Most students will keep their subscription and can watch the recording for that week and complete the worksheet when they have time.
🔔 If the teacher offers other sections, you can switch to another section. However, your spot will not be saved in your original section.
🔔 You can pause the class. However, Outschool cannot save your spot. (Outschool charges every Sunday for the coming week's classes.)

No refunds or credits are available, except in emergencies. Please contact Outschool support for assistance.

Occasionally, the scheduled teacher for this class may be unavailable, and a trained substitute from our organization will step in. Only teachers who are fully trained to teach this class will serve as substitutes.

If a substitute will be teaching, a message will be posted in the Outschool classroom before the class takes place. If your learner prefers not to attend with a substitute, I’m happy to offer a refund. Simply send me a message, and I will process it for you.
