I have spent much time playing in and running Dungeons and Dragons campaigns. I also have much experience teaching D&D to new players. As far as teaching children goes, I've spent over a decade teaching ages 8-18 in the classroom and have served in many roles from Master Teacher to Curriculum Developer to Network Trainer to Academy Headmaster (all with Great Hearts Academies).
Students will need a completed character which I will check before the first session (students who completed 102 with me have one but may create another using dndbeyond.com). Please do not hesitate to message me with questions about character concepts or rules. To prepare and run this course, I will use my experience and knowledge of (as well as references to) "The Player's Handbook", "The Dungeon Master's Guide", "The Monster Manual", and the module "Waterdeep: Dragon Heist".
