Week 7:

Guava Bread

1⁄2 cup butter, softened
• 1⁄2 tsp. salt
• 1⁄4 tsp. cinnamon
• 1⁄2 cup sour cream
• 1 (6 oz.) can frozen guava juice concentrate, thawed
• 3⁄4 cup sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1⁄2 cup macadamia
nuts, chopped
