In this intermediate French class that meets weekly, students will read and write few words in French. We will have a few minutes for introductions each class. This class will be taught primarily in French. I will translate the words in English for the learners to make sure they understand everything and learn! :)

Students are asked to bring paper and a pen or pencil to class to write down their dictée words/sentences.  They will have the chance to check their words after the dictée and to ask any questions they could have. It's okay to make mistakes, that's how we learn!! This is a safe learning environment. 

A dictée is a perfect learning opportunity to learn how to write in French, which let's admit, is not easy!! It is know that learners who participate in dictées have an easier time reading (and more fun). Students should be able to read and write to join this class. This is an intermediate level French class taught mostly in French, so it is strongly recommended that students should have experience in French prior to this class.
