このクラスで学べること
These private lessons are 35 minutes weekly for your learner to learn whatever they want. We will work on the skills they are interested in building and meet a goal they want to achieve. This course can be taken at the same time as, after, or before any of my other ukulele courses. I will meet your learner where they are in their ukulele journey and help them improve in all aspects of playing by encouraging a weekly practice with fun, short, one on one lessons. Examples of what we can cover: •Chord charts and how to play new chords •new chord progressions and transitioning between chords •new strum patterns •Performance techniques and gaining confidence •Memorization tips and tricks •How to sing and play ukulele at the same time (I am a professional singer and musical theater performer) •New Songs (full songs often take 2 lessons for the average student) This course is by request only and will only be an option for students who have had class with me before. There are last minute class missing will not be a valid reason for a refund. Classes are weekly and billed weekly per the outschool ongoing class policies. Thanks for your interest. Welcome to my page! I am a professional actor and a summer camp counselor who teaches ukulele to kids of all ages. I also offer classes for audition prep, scene work, and bullet journaling!
I have worked as a counselor at camps around the United States for over eight years with kids of all ages physically and developmentally. I have experience working with groups as well as teaching one on one, and so here on Outschool I offer both small group classes and private lessons.
As an actor, director, writer, and producer, I have worked on murder mysteries, children's theater, short plays, musicals, and voice acting in video games, immersive theater, and podcasts.
I value an inclusive learning environment so no matter your identity or background--I want to make art together! Every student can learn a new skill, learning should be fun, and no questions are too silly.
