イタリアのナポリとポンペイへの旅: 世界で最もクールな都市への旅

In this one-time class, we take a virtual tour of Naples and Pompeii, Italy. First, we do a little geography, history and fun facts, then we will step into Naples, a city as old as Rome but without the crowds. Home to ancient monuments, churches, and architecture. We will walk through the historic core, discover modern street art and ancient mosaics, find out what is hiding in the underground catacombs, eat pizza from its birth city, and much more. Next, we hike to the mouth of Mount Vesuvius to view the active volcano's craters edge. Then, we are off to Pompeii, the preserved Roman city, the site of the 79AD volcanic eruption, lost for over 1700 years. Finally, we head back to Naples to explore the National Museum of Archeology, home to the largest Pompeii artifacts. And of course, we will learn all about pizza,  sample the local food, swim at the beaches, and see why Naples and Pompeii are some of the Coolest Cities in the World.
