Each class we will "travel to" one country/territory and learn several interesting and fun facts about it. Information will include the geography, a little language, the capital, major cities, the currency, popular tourist attractions, and more. Because travel is a visual experience, our virtual traveling will include many pictures and virtual reality tours of the country as well. Since this is an ongoing class and each meeting will be about a new country, learners can begin the class...

Learners gain a basic understanding of a new country. They will be able to locate it on a map and share information about the language(s) spoken, currency used, etc. They will also increase their curiosity about and their openness to parts of the world they've never seen.
I have a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Education (Curriculum and Instruction). I have also lived abroad in Japan and England and have travelled to a total of 20 countries and 33 US states. I have personally travelled to all of the countries we learn about in this class and have fun experiences to share! I'm also a Nearpod Certified Educator.

If requested, after each class, learners can complete a one-page handout for the chosen country, including information they learned about the country, as well as places they would like to visit, foods they would like to eat, etc. if they were to travel to the country in real life.授業以外に週あたり 0 - 1 時間の学習が期待されます
