In this telling time class, students will learn to tell time to the quarter-hour, read and write time in both digital and analog forms, and understand the relationship between time and the clock. By the end of the class, students will be able to independently tell time with confidence and accuracy. 

I am a seasoned educator with 10 years of teaching experience, including 4 years of online teaching. Throughout my career, I have taught students from elementary to middle school levels, and I have a strong background in teaching math. I am dedicated to helping students develop their confidence and resilience, and I believe that the key to successful learning is creating a fun, interactive, and engaging environment in the classroom. Student assessment is an important part of the learning process and helps to gauge their understanding and progress. During class, I will be continuously monitoring the students' understanding through various methods such as calling on them to answer questions, having them complete worksheets both individually and as a group, and evaluating their participation and engagement in class activities. This way, I can provide targeted support and feedback to each student, helping them to reach their full potential and succeed in learning to tell time to the quarter-hour. Additionally, at the end of the class, I will provide a review worksheet for students to further practice what they have learned and assess their mastery of the material.
