Each lesson will be tailored to the needs of the learner and may be a combination of activities. Although this class is listed as once weekly for 4 weeks, reading intervention may be an ongoing process that takes a few months in order for the student to be confident in the skills practiced.  Follow up sessions may be advised. 

As a special education teacher for 20 years, I have been using the Lindamood Bell techniques for decoding, comprehension, and math. The Lindamood Bell method combines auditory, visual, and language skills for a comprehensive approach for the struggling learner.
