This class was created to offer a fun and engaging online music class focusing on Taylor Swift's music and career. What You’ll Learn. • Week 1 Music Theory Essentials: Understand the fundamental concepts of music theory, such as chords, melody, harmony, rhythm, and timing. Apply these concepts by analyzing and playing Taylor Swift’s songs. • Week 2 VocalTechniques: Explore vocal techniques including breathing, pitch, and tone. Practice singing along to Taylor Swift’s hits and develop your confidence and performance skills. • Week 3 Creative Expression: Engage in fun activities like fan art creation, cover song performances, and lyric writing. Share your creations with the class and get feedback from your peers. • Week 4 Performance and Stage Presence: Learn the basics of stage presence and performance. Watch and discuss Taylor Swift’s live performances, and practice performing your songs with confidence and style. Parents will receive a link to enroll. Safety and Moderation Our classes are conducted in a safe and inclusive online environment, with an adult educator and a clear code of conduct to ensure positive interactions. Miss Brandy created Miss Brandy's Fun and Learning Academy to provide a safe, welcoming space where kids can learn, play, and connect. As a mom, she understands the importance of giving children outlets to interact with their peers and develop essential social skills. Driven by her passion for teaching, Miss Brandy set out to build an academy that blends fun with learning, using a teaching style that empowers students to come to class confident they can be themselves without judgment. Over the years, she has been fortunate to teach students from around the world, with diverse backgrounds and learning abilities, all of whom have shaped and enriched her approach.
At Miss Brandy’s Academy, each educator is truly unique and brings their own amazing strengths, insights, and enthusiasm to every class. Our team of dedicated educators is committed to making a positive impact on every child they teach, passing on a love for learning, and inspiring students to be their best selves.
