In this spa night class, you’ll learn how to create homemade face masks using natural ingredients like honey and oatmeal. We’ll cover the benefits of each ingredient for your skin, along with simple relaxation techniques like deep breathing to help you unwind.

The class is structured as a hands-on, interactive experience. First, we'll discuss the ingredients and their benefits, then you'll get to mix your own face mask. While the masks set, we’ll catch up and chat or practice some relaxing breathing exercises. The session will be casual and fun, with lots of opportunities for you to ask questions, share your thoughts, and connect with the group.

My teaching style is friendly, supportive, and engaging. I will guide you step-by-step, making sure you understand each part of the process. You’ll get plenty of chances to interact with me through live demonstrations, discussions about the masks, and sharing your thoughts during the relaxation time.
