We'll play exciting memory games and challenge ourselves with "Where's the picture?" activities. You'll learn how to strengthen your working memory and improve your ability to focus and remember information.

Being present in our day-to-day life can be challenging with all the distractions we face every day. Practicing being present can help us stay engaged with the important tasks or jobs we need to complete. Learners will do a whole-body mindfulness activity to practice staying present. Learners will then play a memory game to further practice developing their working memory.
