このクラスで学べること
In this class, I will present a variety of at-home, no equipment strength exercises designed to build and tone muscles. We will perform these movements as a group as part of a total body circuit routine. Students of all athletic abilities are welcome. You are able to work at your own pace and take breaks if needed. I value creating a welcoming and accepting classroom environment where everyone is able to succeed. So, don't be shy... throw on your workout clothes and come join me!

Please note: This is a movement-based class. Students should make sure to wear sneakers, have adequate space to perform movements, and bring a water bottle if desired. If students require items such as inhalers or braces for exercising, these should be present as well. In addition, please reach out to me prior to class if your child has any injury or medical circumstances that I should be aware of. Thank you.
