In Storytelling Through Sound, students will explore how song lyrics use literary devices like metaphor, imagery, and symbolism to tell powerful stories. The class is structured with two 1-hour sessions per week, for four weeks, featuring interactive discussions, lyric breakdowns, and creative projects. Students will actively engage with me and peers in small group settings (max of 6 students), allowing for personalized feedback and collaboration. No prior experience is required and the pace is designed for middle school learners to absorb concepts in an engaging, creative way.

Students will have some song choice for certain activates, but all songs must be educationally appropriate and be approved by instructor.
