In this onetime class, I'll show you how to draw cute PUMPKIN, friendly DRACULA, and maybe even a GHOST step by step. Once the drawings are complete, we'll bring them to life with vibrant colors using color pencils, crayons, or markers. After coloring, kids can cut out the shapes to make your very own Halloween Squishmallows. 

At the start of our class, I'll go over the classroom rules. Kids should remember to mute their audio to prevent background noise. If you have a question, you can raise your hand emoji or use the chat box. I'll use a second camera to show my drawing on paper. If we have time, at the end of the class I'll provide feedback on your finished work and share some crafty ideas.

I believe that learning should be a shared experience, so I draw, and the kids follow along. I encourage active participation, and my rule of thumb is that if more than 50% of the kids have completed their artwork, we move on to the next step. They should use their thumbs up emoji after finished that step.  They can ask for guidance and get feedback by showing their work on the screen at every stage. To make it easier for them, I recommend using a sheet of paper rather than a heavy sketchbook. They can submit a picture of their completed drawing for teacher and student comment.
