Students will learn about George Seurat and his painting style Pointillism. Students will view his most famous painting “Island on Grand Jatte”. The students will begin to create their own masterpiece of a Sunflower in the style of George Seurat. Students will receive a step by step demonstration on how to use dots to add color with paint or markers. Students will learn about using pointillism in the style of George Seurat. Students will use paint or markers to complete their work.
