Beginner - Intermediate レベル向け
In this 8 unit self-paced class, students will learn about the 8 planets through pre-recorded videos, games, and crafts. Each video will be about 15-20 minutes long (broken into two parts) containing detailed information about each planet such as its layers and what they are made up of, moons, temperature, visitations by spacecraft, special characteristics, etc... There will also be a game for each unit (trivia, fill in the blank, guess the word, etc...) Students can write down and submit their answers if they wish. The answers will be provided in the videos. Finally, there will be a unique craft for each planet. Students can follow along with Ms. Erin step by step to complete it. No previous knowledge about space is required in order to participate in this class. Since this is a self-paced class, there are no live meetings. I look forward to teaching your children! Ms. Erin

Students will learn about the crater-covered surface of Mercury, its layers, temperature, and many fun facts. There will be a focus on the word "atmosphere." Students will play a trivia came and create the surface of Mercury for their craft. 19 分のビデオレッスン

Students will learn about the surface and layers of Venus. Venus will be compared to its sister, Earth. Many fun facts will be shared. There will be a focus on the word "gases." Students will play a Jeopardy game and create a tin foil art project. 17 分のビデオレッスン

Students will learn about the surface and layers of Earth, as well as the reason for seasons and day and night. Tectonic plates and continental drift will be discussed.
