At the end of the lesson, students will play a fun game. They can use their models for help.Lesson 3Travel to the StarsStudents journey through the universe to see how stars form from nebulas. They will see two life cycles for stars, one of which can end by creating a black hole.Lesson 4ConstellationsWe will study constellations and create three using mini marshmallows and pretzels or toothpicks. We will explore what a constellation is and the stories that surround it.Lesson 5Exploring the Solar SystemStudents journey through the solar systems to discover the asteroid belt, dwarf planets, comets, the Ort Cloud, and meteors. Students learn the similarities and differences between the objects that share our solar system.

Lesson 1 - No materials required. Lesson 2 - 8 - 10 Oreos, Paper Plate, Marker or Pencil, Spoon, and Glue. Lesson 3 - No materials required. Lesson 4 - Mini Marshmallows and Pretzel Sticks or Toothpicks. Lesson 5 - No materials required.
