Students will improve their communication skills, become more comfortable interacting with their peers, following conversation flow and understanding social cues. 

I have a 12 year old son with autism. I have taught in 2 separate homeschool co-ops working with many different special needs children on varying functional levels. I have been homeschooling my son for 7 years and have worked closely with a team of therapists and specialists to ensure everything meets his needs. I know how important working on social skills can be. I lead a gentle class while offering encouragement to participate. Children are welcome to participate however they feel comfortable.
