Students will then participate in discussion scenarios and problem-solving exercises to put these skills into practice. Learners will receive personalized feedback and actionable tips to help them apply these skills in everyday life. Sessions will include slides, video clips, and relatable real-life examples to make the material engaging and easy to understand. No prior background knowledge is required, as the class guides students step-by-step through each topic. The flexibility of this class allows families to choose a one-time session for an overview of skills or book multiple sessions for a deeper exploration and additional practice.
