目標設定の基本

In this class we will discuss what goals are, and why they are necessary in helping you to grow and achieve success. We will also discuss the "Triple W & A System"; a step by step process to help you create a goal and actually accomplish it! Have your student come with a goal in mind that they would like to achieve, and we will apply this goal setting process to their goal and work through setting it together! I will present my information using a power-point to make the class more engaging, and there will be lots of opportunity for discussion and questions! Goal setting is an essential skill in life, and can also be a great tool for building self-confidence.
