Hi friends! I'm Mrs. Krulia and I come to you with 15 years of classroom experience. I earned my Undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in Elementary Education with a math endorsement. I also earned my Masters degree from American College of Education in Curriculum and Instruction. I'm a Nearpod Certified Educator and love jazzing up my math lessons with Nearpod. It makes learning fun and interactive! My students get to dive into games, tackle problems on their own, and everyone gets a chance to practice their skills. It's a win-win! All lessons are instructor created.

- Count to 100 by 1s, 2s, 5s, and 10s -Read, write and compare numbers to 100 -Understand the tens and ones place in a 2 digit number -Write and solve simple addition and subtraction equations -Identify coins and their values
The following supplies are recommended, but not required. Many students benefit from touching manipulatives and your math supplies can be built overtime if needed. I will also provide paper manipulatives that can be printed: -Base- ten blocks -50 counters (Legos and dried beans work well) -Coins -Play money -educational clock (often referred to as a "Judy clock") -Ruler with inches and centimeters -blank index cards -playing cards -2 dice -educational clock (often referred to as a "Judy clock") -blank paper -pencils -Dry erase board and Expo marker -you may want page protectors to protect copies of games you love
Students will be using the program Nearpod. This does not require a sign in but there is a link provided to access the lesson.
