In this one-time class, learners will join Teacher Jolene for a read-aloud of Discovering Crabs by Lorijo Metz. Teacher Jolene will help lead through this non-fiction book about crabs with discussion, a circle (schema) and tree map (can; have; are), a direct draw, and simple writing. Learners will be asked to share their direct drawing and writing with Teacher Jolene.
