Hi! I’m Sophie, from Argentina! I am so glad you are here :)
I am a bilingual teacher specializing in Spanish, ESL, Math and Reading with over 14 years of experience in schools and 1:1 tutoring. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Early Education and another Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I am also licensed in the Science of Reading (by LETRS) and have a US teaching license in Elementary Education K-6.

My latest experience has been teaching Spanish Immersion (all subjects) for 5 years in the US.

My teaching approach is very individualized and student-centered. By focusing on tailoring to the needs of each of my students I make sure I can help them reach their full potential. I like creating meaningful lessons and empower students to use what they learn in everyday situations.
I have worked implementing multi-tiered systems of support for students who are struggling, making them feel respected and valued and to meet each one where they are. I think communication is key for families to know exactly what we are working on and what we are striving to achieve in my lessons.

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy reading and painting!

My name is Kimberly and I teach Reading, Spanish, French, and ESL test preparation classes to K-12 and adult students. I have been teaching language classes for over 13 years in public and private schools in Canada, France, and Mexico - as well as online. I hold a B.A in French/Spanish with a minor in Linguistics, as well as a degree in Pedagogy and TESOL certificate. 
What got me into teaching was a volunteer opportunity to help students learning English in my hometown, and I quickly realized how much I loved teaching and helping others develop their communication skills through language. 
We'll be a great fit if you are ready to participate a lot during our lessons and try your best, while having fun and bringing a positive attitude to class. This means that you are not afraid to try new things and are willing to express your needs and ask questions during our classes. My greatest interest is developing a lesson that works best for you!

Hi, I’m Mariana! I teach English and Spanish to both adults and children aged 3 to 10. With 10 years of teaching experience, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs, a Montessori teaching certificate, and an English Teaching certification from the University of Cambridge. I currently work with special needs children and serve as a Montessori guide for home-based learning.

My teaching philosophy centers on facilitating cultural experiences and enhancing communication skills. I strive to empower my students to feel confident in using what they learn. Together, we can create a collaborative and engaging environment where we share our experiences while learning.

Hi, I'm Martha! I’m a retired bilingual teacher with over 20 years experience in teaching ESL, Bilingual Reading, Bilingual Math, and Spanish. I have a Bachelor's in Science, a Master's in Education, and a Texas teaching license for PK-6th grade.

I discovered my teaching passion while volunteering at a church, after someone noticed my natural ability to work with children, and suggested that I pursue a career in teaching.

A fun fact about me: My first language is Spanish, but I switched to English when I started elementary school.

Hi! I’m Sara, a bilingual educator from Mexico with over 8 years of experience in English, Spanish, reading, and elementary math. I hold degrees in Business Administration and Teaching English for Academic Purposes, and I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in English Language Teaching.

I tailor my teaching to meet each student’s needs, creating immersive language experiences and engaging math activities. My journey in education is fueled by a passion for learning and the belief in its transformative power.

Outside the classroom, I love spending time with my four lazy cats and one fabulous dog. If you’re looking for a dedicated teacher who cares about your success, I’m here to make learning enjoyable!

Hi! My name is Demi and I'm from Pennsylvania ◡̈ I received my Bachelor's of Science degree at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania with a Certification in Elementary Education, Special Education, and English Language Arts. I also hold my TEFL certification.

I went on to teach Learning Support and ESL at an international school in Germany for four years. After that, I taught in a preschool in the US before moving onto teach English at a bilingual school in Rota, Spain. I'm currently teaching online and I absolutely love it!

When I'm not teaching I enjoy going to the gym, snowboarding, and reading a good book ◡̈ My goal is to speak Spanish fluently so I also love to practice Spanish in my free time!
